Let’s face it - just having a website isn’t enough. Your website is often your introduction to people in the industry. Why not grab the opportunity to create a winning first impression!
Here are my top 3 tips to create a website that stands out:
1. Showcase Your Cast-ability
What are the types of roles in which you’re usually cast? Are you the quirky best friend, the preppy soccer mom, or the snarky attorney? Make sure your photos, colors, and fonts make sense with how you’re perceived in the industry right now. But don’t forget to include a little bit of where you’d like to take your career and add a dream role or two in the mix!
2. Let Your Personality Shine
People visit your website to learn more about you - don’t let them down! One way to accomplish this is to write your bio in the first person, and in a conversational tone. Maybe add some of your favorites or a Top Ten list, so you’re not just talking about your acting life. Show us the well-rounded person you are!
3. Show You’re A Pro
